60 minutes of high intensity cardio and boxing to get you conditioned and in shape! We do warm up, kickboxing techniques, cardio intervals on the pads and we also do combo movements on each other! There is nothing better than pushing yourself with the encouragement of your training partner!
A very important aspect is the overall condition that you build with kickboxing. It’s a very intense physical training.
