Your journey at Kensho starts with a Coaching Session & Body Composition Analyses

During your Body Analyses session, we will explain your physical indicators. Based on your measurement, we will give you personal advice about your training schedule, group classes, prevention of injuries, nutrition tips and guidance on achieving your goals. 
Every 8 weeks we will check your results with a new Body Analyses session. During this session, we will discuss your progress and setup your next healthy lifestyle goals.
