What is included?

Online tailored workout plan on your Kensho app, good for vacation or non-personal training day with or without equipment, your coach will create workouts which fit your current goal, schedule, and location

A Body Composition Analysis. With our medical device we accurately measure your moisture content, fat mass, muscle mass, bone mass and then we put a plan together. Bi-weekly basis we repeat body analyses to objectively track the progress

Food advice and tailor-made food plan for your goal, you will receive your weekly shopping and meal list and even their recipes!
