Kensho Classes
Abdomen, buttocks and legs are trained during the BBB classes of Kensho Premium Fitness.
It doesn’t matter what entry level you are, during this BBB class the condition and strength of the abdomen, buttocks and legs will be improved.
During the lesson, weights and barbells are used, but also with Kensho Resistance Bands. By adding resistance to the exercises you are challenged just a little more, making your muscles more powerful and your fat percentage will be significantly reduced. In addition to strength exercises, every BBB lesson also contains a number of cardio exercises.
These cardio exercises give your body an extra boost to burn calories optimally!
